What’s in the box
- Three cutting boards: two in acacia and one in rubberwood.
- A rubberwood stand that holds all three upright, like books on a shelf.
- A bottle of food-grade mineral oil and a cotton applicator cloth, so the first oiling can happen the same day it arrives.
A board this good is worth a few minutes a month. Wash it by hand, dry it fully, and oil it when the surface starts asking for it.
