This page explains what SDT ECOMM LLC (“Yndarena”, “we”) collects on yndarenahome.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you save a care plan or ask to hear about new pieces:

• Your email address.
• Whether you bought the set or received it as a gift, and the purchase date if you enter it.
• If you choose to add them, the first names of people you want to remember, the occasion, and the day and month to celebrate. We never ask for the year.
• The time you agreed to hear from us, and where you came from if you arrived through the code on our card or box.

If you write to us about a problem with your set, we also receive what you send us: your name, order number, delivery address, the email you write from and any photos. We use it only to look into the problem and, if we send a replacement, to deliver it.

We also count visits that arrive through those codes. That count stores only the source and the day, never who visited.

Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Tracking and Do Not Track

We do not run advertising or analytics tools on this site, and we do not follow you across other websites. For that reason the site does not change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals. Apart from the fonts request described above, no third party collects personal information about you through this site over time and across other websites.

Amazon orders

Purchases happen on Amazon or other marketplaces, under their terms and privacy notices. We do not use customer information from marketplace orders to contact or market to you. We only write to people who sign up here.

How we use it

To send the care reminders, gift reminders and news you asked for, and to understand which of our printed materials people use. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it

Our hosting and email delivery providers process the data on our behalf so the site and the emails work. If we send you a replacement, the carrier that delivers it also receives your name and address. None of them may use the data for their own purposes.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do not contact list so we never write again by mistake.
• You can ask us at any time to see, correct or erase what we hold about you, including that address. Write to contact@yndarenahome.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Tell us what you need and we will do what the law requires.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
